A small, considered practice.
Brightline Studio is run by a single photographer working with a small group of regular collaborators. We take on a limited number of commissions each year so each project gets the time it deserves.
Long conversations, considered batches.
Every commission starts with a long conversation — usually by message, sometimes by call — about what the imagery needs to do. From there, we plan the shoot carefully, build a small shot list, and produce the work in considered batches.
We edit on paper before we touch a keyboard. We retouch lightly. We deliver files that are ready to use, in the formats you actually need.
