What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Pro?
Pages, languages, and capability. Starter is up to 5 pages in 1 language with professional essentials. Growth is up to 10 pages in 2 languages with blog, basic booking, and richer conversion. Pro is up to 20 pages in 4 languages with advanced layouts, site search, and case studies. Visual quality is the same at every tier.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The package price covers what is listed. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid APIs) are itemised in your proposal. We pass third-party costs through at cost with a published admin fee where applicable.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own the domain, content, and final code. Handover documentation is provided at launch.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. We can add pages, languages, or features without rebuilding from scratch. We will quote the difference.
Do you guarantee SEO rankings?
No, and we will not work with any partner that does. SEO is honest, evidence-led work that takes time. We will tell you what is realistic and what we are doing to move you toward it.
What is the post-launch guarantee?
Every Launchwize website includes a 14-day post-launch bug-fix guarantee. If something we built breaks within 14 days of launch, we fix it at no charge.
Do you do e-commerce?
Basic online-store setup is available as an add-on from £149, plus payment integration (£30) and product uploads. Large or technically complex stores are typically quoted as Custom Projects and may trigger the Profitability Gate review.
How are languages included?
Each package includes a number of total languages. Starter = 1, Growth = 2, Pro = 4. Included additional languages use AI-assisted translation based on your customer-approved source content. Certified, legal, or specialist human translation is not included and is quoted separately.
What payment structure do you use?
Projects under £100: 100% upfront. Projects £100–£500: £100 upfront, balance before launch/handover. Projects above £500: 50% upfront, 50% before launch/handover. A staging preview is provided before the final balance is paid.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Yes. We use your existing brand assets and respect any existing guidelines. If you need a brand kit, basic brand work is available as an add-on from £20.
Do you use templates?
We use hand-written code with reusable internal patterns. We do not resell generic third-party templates. Each customer receives a site built for their business, with appropriate variation in brand, layout, and content.
How long does a project take?
Tier-dependent. Starter typically launches fastest, Growth a bit longer, Pro longer still. We will give you a realistic timeline at the proposal stage — not a generic estimate.
