Plain-English summary of how Launchwize works with customers. The full version is shared with every customer as part of the proposal. Last updated .
1. Scope
These terms apply to the relationship between Launchwize and its customers. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for a project are set out in the proposal agreed at the start of the engagement.
2. Pricing
Pricing is per the published Launchwize pricing at the time of proposal unless a custom quote has been agreed in writing. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, paid APIs) are passed through at cost with a published admin fee where applicable.
3. Payment
- Projects under £100: 100% upfront.
- Projects £100–£500: £100 upfront, balance before launch/handover.
- Projects above £500: 50% upfront, 50% before launch/handover.
A staging preview is provided before the final balance is paid.
4. Ownership
On full payment, the customer owns the domain, content, and final code for the website. Launchwize retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions & bug-fix guarantee
Each tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. A 14-day post-launch bug-fix guarantee covers qualifying bugs caused by Launchwize work.
6. SEO & management plans
SEO plans do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Management plans include a defined monthly allowance of standard updates; unused updates do not roll over.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality of content they supply (text, images, trademarks). Launchwize will not knowingly publish illegal or infringing content.
8. Limitation of liability
Launchwize's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
9. Changes to terms
Launchwize may update these terms from time to time. Material changes apply to new engagements and are not retroactively imposed on existing customers without notice.
